
Policies:

If you arrive late for your appointment your stylist may not be able to carry out the entire service but will try to do what is possible before the next appointment is due. The stylist may charge you for the service you booked even if time doesn’t allow it to be completed.

We require at least 48 hours for cancellation of an appointment. Failure to do so may mean you will be charged. We may also ask that you pay a non refundable deposit for any future appointments.

If you are a new client to the salon and have booked for a hair colour service you will be required to come for a skin test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment (This applies to tint, toner and semi permanent applications that touch the scalp).

Children's pricing is available Tuesday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm. If booked outside of these hours normal price will be charged. Our online booking system dose not give you an option for booking children 12 years or under, please call to arrange this. If you book an appointment online for a child you may be charged full price.

Senior citizen pricing if available on a Tuesday only. Please call to arrange this as our online booking system dose not give you the option for booking this. If booked Wednesday to Saturday full price will be charged.

We do not dry cut hair and will require you to have your hair washed in the salon. Children under the age of 10 years will be sprayed down with a water spray.
